Will it work in a basement or without mobile coverage?
GPS reception can be weak in basements, tunnels and enclosed areas. Location updates also depend on mobile coverage and power. The platform may show the last reported location; offline storage and later upload depend on the device and configuration.
Can a tracker prevent car theft?
A tracker can provide location information and supported alerts, but it cannot guarantee theft prevention or vehicle recovery. If your vehicle is stolen, contact the police and share available tracking information.
